SALES ASSOCIATE | Part-time
As a Sales Associate at Mossy Creek Natural, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while fostering a welcoming and educational environment. You will assist customers in finding products that meet their needs, share knowledge about the benefits of natural and eco-friendly goods, and support the day-to-day operations of the store.
We are looking for individuals who:
- Have Experience Working as a Retail Sales Associate in a Boutique Setting
- Have a positive upbeat outgoing personality willing to provide phenomenal customer service
- Be comfortable talking with and helping customers and be able to react to all concerns of customers quickly with a sense of importance.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that align with their needs and preferences. Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer inquiries.

Sales: Drive sales by engaging with customers, upselling products, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

Merchandising: Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking, arranging, and labeling products. Ensure that displays are clean, well-organized, and in line with company standards.

Inventory Management: Assist with inventory tracking, restocking, and product rotation. Report any inventory discrepancies or low-stock items to the Store Manager.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the products we offer, including their uses, benefits, and ingredients. Continuously educate yourself on new products and industry trends to better serve our customers.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation. Support team efforts during peak times and assist in training new employees.

Store Maintenance: Help maintain the cleanliness and safety of the store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout areas.

Customer Engagement: Build lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized service and follow-up. Encourage repeat business through excellent customer care and knowledge-sharing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Passion for natural and eco-friendly products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
